Privacy Policy

Nova Structa (“we,” “us”) provides a workforce application used by Nova Structa staff and its authorized field representatives (“users”) to manage lead-generation appointments, coordinate field visits, and measure performance. The app is a business tool provided to people affiliated with Nova Structa; it is not intended for the general public. This policy explains what we collect and why.

• Account & profile: name, email, phone, date of birth, address, government ID reference, role, and profile photo you provide. • Appointment & performance data: leads assigned to you, dispositions, notes, arrival check-ins and photos you capture, and pipeline outcomes. • Precise location: while you are clocked in, we collect your device’s precise location — including in the background — to detect appointment arrivals, confirm on-site time, and help ops coordinate routing. Location collection stops when you clock out. • Usage & device data: screens viewed, actions taken, app version, and platform, used to operate and improve the app.

To assign and coordinate appointments; to verify arrivals and time on site; to calculate conversion and punctuality metrics for management; to provide support; and to secure and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Background location is a core function of this workforce tool and is active only during a clocked-in shift. When you clock out, tracking ends. Your employer/engager (Nova Structa administrators) can see your location and movement history for shifts you worked. By signing in and clocking in, you consent to this collection for these purposes.

Nova Structa administrators and operations staff. We share data with service providers that run the app on our behalf: Google Firebase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), and GoHighLevel (CRM sync of appointment and pipeline data). Map imagery is served by OpenStreetMap. These providers process data under their own terms and only to provide their service to us.

We keep account, appointment, and location history for as long as needed for business, payroll, and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it. Managers may export or remove records.

You may disable location permission in your device settings, but the app cannot perform arrival detection or field coordination without it, which may affect your ability to use it for work. To access, correct, or delete your data, contact your Nova Structa administrator or email us below.
